70+ CSCS Green Cards for a single workforce

Aviation Business Continuity needed a scalable way of getting a large number of its workforce through the CSCS Green Card process. We supported more than 70 members of their workforce through the requirements needed to obtain their CSCS Green Labourer Cards, managing training, examinations and candidate progression across the group.

Helping young people take their first step into construction

We work with The King's Trust to help young people obtain their CSCS Green Cards and become better prepared to access employment opportunities within construction. For someone trying to enter the industry, the card can be one of the first barriers to getting onto site — our role is to make that process straightforward and accessible.

The outcome isn't another certificate. It's removing a barrier between a young person and a job.

Helping young people become work-ready

We provide Brockenhurst College learners with Traffic Marshal / Banksman training — practical, employment-focused certification that strengthens a CV and prepares them for opportunities on site. Our flexible delivery means learners complete the qualification without traditional classroom-based training.

Dynisma needed multiple members of its professional workforce to obtain CSCS Green Cards for access to site environments. We supported more than 10 members of the team through the process, providing a flexible route that let employees complete the requirements while minimising the administrative burden on the company.

National Water Hygiene training for drilling teams

We help Marshall Drilling train staff for their EUSR National Water Hygiene (Blue Card) certification. Training is completed online around site commitments, and we handle the EUSR registration so crews stay cleared for work on clean water networks.
