No. We remain responsible for the full delivery model: teaching, learner support, assessment, internal quality assurance, administration and ongoing support. You make the sale and enrol the learner; we do the rest.
Once your account is open you log in to see the courses you've chosen and your agreed credit price for each. You buy credits in the dashboard, then spend one credit each time you enrol a learner. Credits are bought in blocks with a minimum purchase of 5 credits and never expire; learners have up to 3 months from enrolment to complete. Progress, results and certificates all appear against your account, and you can top up or add new courses whenever you like.
Yes. Credits are bought in blocks, with a minimum purchase of 5 credits at a time. There is no maximum, and the larger the block the better the per-credit price.
No. Once purchased, your credits sit in your account until you use them, with no expiry date and no use-it-or-lose-it deadline. The only time limit sits with the learner: once you enrol them, they have up to 3 months to complete their course.
We quote you directly rather than publishing a list, because no two partners resell the same courses or volumes. Send us what you pay per learner today and we'll come back lower, in writing, within one working day. You then set your own resale price, so the margin on every learner is yours to keep.
Onboarding typically takes about five working days: we agree your courses and credit prices, open your reseller dashboard, and confirm everything in writing. Once you've bought your first credits you can start enrolling learners straight away.
